Mein Mann hatte beim Aufbau leider massive Probleme die einzelnen Sprossen durch die Löcher zu bekommen. Leider ist nun an einigen der Sprossen weißer Lack vom Gerüst. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden.

An sich sehr zufrieden mit dem Klettergerüst, allerdings ist eins der Holzstäbe von der Rutsche abgefallen nach noch nicht mal einem Monat gebrauch. echt nervig.

Kapcsolattartás: Ez nem jó. Elírtuk a szállítási címet és se önökkel, se a ups-el nem sikerült zöldágra vergődni a szállítás előtt. Senki még csak nem is válaszolt.
Szállítás: az előzőt leszámítva, kifejezetten gyors, max 3 nap volt, pedig magyarországra kértük, így nemzetközi volt a szállítás, itt is köszönjük a munkájukat, illetve a ups-nek.
csomagolás: gyenge közepes. Nagy és nehéz csomag, nem megfelelően tartós, egy ilyen úthoz, de ha már szállítanak más országba is, akkor illene oylat használni, ami kibírja az utat.
Termék: masszív, apró hibák vannak benne, de tökéletesen teszi a dolgát.
Termék hibák (javaslom javítani):
Csavarok minősége gyenge közepes, az aksis csavarozó (1-21 szabályozható) 5-ös erőséggen szérnyírja, ha csak kicsit is kicsúszik, a tartalék 2-ből megoldható volt a csere, de akkor is.
A kötélmászóka leírása/rajza nem pontos, így bőven marad ki kötél, rtjük, hogy miért akarják hogy 4-es osztás legyen (balesetveszély csökkentése), de így nem fér be a lábuk rendesen, és a célját, hogy mozgó létre sem látja el.
Die Qualität der Schrauben ist schlecht bis durchschnittlich. Der Schraubendreher (einstellbar von 1-21) reißt bei Leistungsstufe 5 ab. Wenn er auch nur ein wenig herausrutscht, könnte er mit dem Ersatzteil 2 ersetzt werden, aber selbst dann.
Die Beschreibung/Zeichnung des Seilklettergeräts ist nicht genau, daher fehlt viel Seil. Wir verstehen, warum es 4-Wege-fähig sein soll (um das Unfallrisiko zu verringern), aber dadurch passen die Füße nicht richtig hinein, und es erfüllt seinen Zweck als bewegliches Gerät nicht.
