Safety Requirements
Minimum user age: It is recommended that the gymnastics wall bars be used from the age of 3.
Prohibition of use in case of damage: Do not use the gymnastics wall bars if any visible damage is present, such as cracks in the wood or loose connections.
Adult supervision: Constant adult supervision is recommended when children use the wall bars to prevent accidents.
It is also recommended to regularly check the mounting surface (the wall) to which the wall bars are attached, in order to detect any cracks, loosened fasteners, or degradation of the load-bearing material.
Care and Maintenance
Fastener inspection: Regularly check all fasteners, screws, and anchoring elements for durability and secure tightening. This inspection should be carried out every 3 months and after each intensive use – it is essential for the durability and safety of the construction.
Cleaning and material protection: Use a soft cloth for cleaning. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, as they may damage the protective finish. To protect the wood, the finish layer may be refreshed periodically.
Replacement of worn parts: If any parts (e.g. rungs, fasteners) are damaged or worn, they must be replaced with original spare parts.
Inspection frequency: At least every 10 days, check:
• Whether the rungs are rotating
• Whether the ropes show signs of wear
• Whether the ropes are correctly secured in their holders
Prohibition of outdoor use or storage: The wall bars must not be used or stored outdoors or in high-humidity environments – this may cause deformation of the components, which could make proper assembly impossible and reduce the durability of the construction.

Possible Malfunctions and How to Fix Them
How to fix loose fastenings:
If you notice that any fastenings are loose, immediately tighten the screws or replace the damaged components.
What to do if components are damaged:
If any wood parts or fasteners are damaged, replace them immediately with new, original parts.
Rotating rungs during assembly or use:
It may happen that one or more rungs begin to rotate due to an inability to securely tighten them with the included hardware. In such cases, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Remove the confirmats (special screws for furniture joints):
Locate the rotating rung and unscrew both metal confirmats from each side.
Step 2 – Choose one of the following repair methods:
Using wood glue:
• Apply wood glue to the confirmat holes (e.g. office glue that is suitable for wood or paper).
• Apply the glue carefully so it does not overflow beyond the end of the rung or leave marks on the outside.
• Ensure the glue also reaches the internal part of the vertical frame.
• Reinsert the confirmats and allow the structure to dry according to the glue manufacturer's recommendations.
• Repeat this process on both sides of the rung.
Using a wooden insert:
• If the confirmat hole was widened due to over-tightening, unscrew both confirmats.
• Insert a small wooden element (e.g. a matchstick or toothpick) into the hole.
• Then reinsert the confirmats.
• If the rung still rotates, add another small wooden element until the rung is securely fixed.
Misalignment of the structure after assembly:
If the structure appears crooked after assembly, this may be due to tensions that occurred during the process. To correct this:
• Loosen the fastenings.
• Carefully adjust the components that seem misaligned.
• Then retighten all screws completely.
• Make sure the structure is stable and correctly assembled.
• Check for any play or other defects that could affect the overall stability.
